According to the Governor’s Executive Order, attendance at athletic contests is limited to 2 spectators per participant. There can be no exceptions to this order. In order to allow the community to watch the games, we are planning to live stream the home events on Facebook at Sand Creek Athletics.
Additionally, we cannot have spectators on school grounds who do not have a ticket to the contest. The only spectators allowed on campus are those with tickets to be inside the fence. Sand Creek Schools would appreciate it if you would spread the word about attending and watching online all Aggie home football games.
For those individuals with tickets to the game, please remember to
• Wear Your Mask at All Times
• 6 feet Social Distancing
• Sit at/Stand on the marked Blue Lines only
• Eat only at your seat with social distancing
• No re-entry to the event
And finally, there will also be no re-entry to the game for any reason.

Attention all virtual learners and parents:
Every online student is expected to turn in assignments by the due date set by their teachers. These assignments are not optional and will be graded and count towards the students’ grade. If students are not doing their work, they can be counted as zeros and could result in failing grades and/or classes.
Also, it is very important that ALL virtual learners attend the Google Meets every Wednesday for every class. Furthermore, it is expected that the students attend the Google Meets on time according to the regular class schedule. Class Check in schedule is posted on the website under the Google Classroom link. These Meets are designed for teachers to check-in with students, take attendance, and offer any academic help as needed.
Elementary Arrival and Dismissal
During the elementary arrival please make sure that your child is prepared to exit the vehicle once they get to the front of the car line. Make sure they have their mask, lunch if applicable, and back pack ready to go. If you are picking your child up at the end of the day have a paper with your child’s name, grade and teacher clearly displayed in the window.

This morning, a Sand Creek school bus veered off of Lyons Hwy. into a corn field a quarter mile south of the Sand Creek Hwy. intersection. None of the fourteen children on the bus were seriously injured. The bus remained upright at all times after leaving the road. Three students were screened by the Madison Twp. E.M.T. team, and one, who bumped their head, was eventually transported to Bixby Medical Center as a precautionary measure.

JUNIOR/SENIOR HS FACE to FACE STUDENTS & PARENTS: It has been called to our attention that some of you may not be aware that our JH/HS faced to face students will be in school on M, Tu, Th & F’s, but not on Wednesdays. Wednesdays at the JH/HS have been designated for Virtual Education student only. Only Virtual Education students will be logging into their virtual classes on Wednesdays, and they will do so by logging into our school’s normal class schedule on this day. Face to face JH/HS students will be at home on Wednesdays, working on virtual assignments and projects assigned by their teachers in school the day before. Again, Face to face JH/HS students do not attend school on Wednesdays.
ELEMENTARY PARENTS:
The registration packets you recently picked up, inadvertently included a mental health screening form for junior high and high school students. In your packet, this form is white and it says 6-8 & 9-12 in the bottom right hand corner. Please disregard this form; it was intended for our JH/HS students only. The elementary student and the elementary parent Mental Health screening forms are PINK. All Mental Health Screening forms are optional. Students and parents are not required to complete and submit these forms. All Mental Health Screening forms submitted will be held in confidence and will be housed by our school counselors. Offering mental health screenings for students is one of many strong recommendations in the Michigan Public Schools Return to School Plan. Please contact Ms. Rumler if you have questions.
1) All Sand Creek students and families are strongly encouraged to visit the Sand Creek school website to view the Virtual Open House page. Thank you in advance for your participation.
