FFA Regional Contests at Manchester have been postponed until Wednesday, February 19th.

On Sunday, the Lady Aggies concluded their season in Dundee at Individual Wrestling Districts. Hailey Baker, Mady Trame, and Emma Pifer advanced to the qualification round before wrapping up their seasons.

On Saturday, the boys varsity wrestling team competed in MHSAA Individual Districts at Dansville High School. Advancing to the Regional Tournament for the Aggies are Nich Trame, taking 2nd place at 113, and Tucker Hulett, taking 4th place at 190. Well done, Aggies!

The bowling match vs. Hudson scheduled for today has been postponed to February 14th.

The home girls basketball game vs. Morenci will continue as scheduled this evening with the JV game beginning at 5:30 and the varsity to follow. The MooCrew theme is USA. Let's go Aggies!

On Wednesday the middle school wrestling team traveled to the Hillsdale Jamboree. Undefeated wrestlers: Nathan Bennett Tyler Bennett Liam Braman Grady Foltz Liam Hoyle A.J. Murdico Drake Phipps Eli Shirley Bennett Spicer Luke Schamberger Andrew Rapin Noah Walters As a team the Aggies wrestled solid, with a ton of heart and grit.

On Monday night the varsity girls basketball team played at Manchester. The game went back and forth the entire game with the Lagy Aggies winning by a score of 25-23. In the last minute of the game there were five lead changes with Payton Steinke making two clutch free throws with 3 seconds to play to seal the win. Faith Beardmore led the team in scoring with 12 points. Carley Allen was dominant on the boards with 14 rebounds. Solid all-around games were turned in by Mya Harvey and Emma Burns. Freshman Madalynn Trame and Makayla Six played big minutes off the bench. Great win ladies!

The junior high wrestling team wrestled at Manchester this past weekend. As a team the Aggies took 2nd out of 12 schools falling just short to Bedford in the finals 63-59. Update to athletic events for Monday, February 3rd: Middle school and youth practices and games are cancelled. The varsity girls basketball game at Manchester at 5:30 is on as scheduled. The bowling match with Morenci is rescheduled. Bowlers will have practice. Varsity wrestling will practice as scheduled. Boys basketball will practice as scheduled.

On Wednesday, the varsity wrestling team traveled to South Lyon to compete. South Lyon East 60 - Sand Creek 24 Dexter 66 - Sand Creek 14 Going 2-0 on the night for the Aggies were Nich Trame at 120 and Tommy Shanks at 138.

Thursday night the Junior High Wrestling team wrestled at Erie Mason, the following wrestlers went undefeated on the night: Riley Ausmus Nathan Bennett Tyler Bennett Dawson Brugger Parker Foltz Liam Hoyle Mckenzie Hurley AJ Murdico Drake Phipps Andrew Rapin Trayton Scott Eli Shirley Bennett Spicer Gage Stewart Finley Thompson Noah Walters Overall as a team the Aggies wrestled with great effort and grit.
