On Friday, May 3rd, the 1080 class took two teams to Kettering University in Flint for their Square One racing challenge. Although rain caused issues with the cars, only allowing us to compete in two races, we were able to place in two events.
Lucky Longhorns, our sophomore team, took second in the design challenge and Bling-Bling, our junior team, took first in marketing.
Overall, the students did a good job displaying 1SC by working together, never giving up, and being respectful to others.
