2024-25 school year at Sand Creek Jr./Sr. High School? LET'S GO!!!
We are so excited to welcome our students back for the new school year! This year, you can expect to see a continued focus on the culture and climate here at Sand Creek and that involves a lot of hard work. We have high expectations for our 6-12 students, but we know they are capable.
What does PBIS stand for?
Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports.
But what exactly does that mean?
It means we give 100% effort in all aspects of our life; it means we show respect to everyone we come into contact with; and it means we cultivate ownership in all situations.
So how does this affect me?
We have laid out clear expectations of what we expect from all students and staff in regards to the effort we give, the respect we show, and the ownership we demonstrate. We expect this behavior to be followed the same when 100 people are watching or when no one is watching.
